We have to receive the names of the travellers at the latest 14 days before arrival for a valid insurance.
What kind of a document shall I take to the reception?
2 weeks before arrival you will receive a voucher via e-mail. Please present this voucher our receptionist.
Is there a reception? When is it open?
Yes, we have a reception. Opening hours: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Does the receptionist speak English?
Yes, our receptionist speaks English, German and Hungarian.
What time can I check in?
The check-in period is from 4 to 8 p.m, when our guests can personally get the keycard from the receptionist at the reception.
Those guests who can only arrive after this period will be able to find the keycard in the keysafe. Please consult the receptionis before the arrival.
Till when do I have to leave the apartment?
We kindly ask you to leave the apartements until 10 a.m. the latest.
Is there free Wifi in the apartment?
Yes, in all of them.
What kind of facilities do the apartments have?

Is daily cleaning and the change of towels included in the price?
No, but additional cleaning can be requested for a surcharge (includes change of towels).
Can we have the towels changed during our stay?

Can we rent sauna towels?
Yes, you can get them free of charge at the reception.
What kind of baby facilities do you have?
We can offer you free of charge the following equipment: bed, linen, bathtub, highchair, changing table. Please, let us know in advance in case you need any of these.
Should we take snow-chains?
Yes, you should definitely have snow-chains in you car.
What type of mattresses are on the beds?
We provide hard-surface mattresses for the firm support of the spine, with thin, removable memory foam mattress toppers for the comfort of the ones who like sleeping on the side or stomach.
Can I order a meal at SissiPark?
In our SissiBistro restaurant you can order buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner or half- and fullboard. Our guest can order from A'la Carte menu too.

Almost all of our apartments have a private sauna in the bathroom. Our apartments are also suitalbe for allergic people.
Is there a sauna in all of the apartments?
Yes, we have in all of the aparmtens a private sauna: Studio+, Midi, Grand, Premium.
How much electricity can I expect when using the sauna?
The average electricity bill for 7 nights is 10-35 € depending on the size of the apartment and the use of the sauna.
Is there a grocery shop nearby?
Yes, in the centre of Lachtal app. 600 metres form the apartments.
Can I buy the ski passes at the reception?
You can buy the ski passes only at the ski cassa.
Are the apartments really next to the slopes?
Yes, the apartments are directly next to the blue 1/a slope (15 metres).
