The prices of our apartments can vary depending on the type, season, season period and the weekend/non weekend.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the whole apartment and the amount of towels and bed linen same as the number of main beds: 16 €/person.

* Number of main beds: the final cleaning fee automatically includes the provision of bed linen and towels for the same number of main beds. Additional guests will be charged with the extra set fee.
Extra bed linen and towels can be requested up to 2 sets per apartment for €16/person not later than the check in (double and triple rooms make exception).
Extra cleaning fee
Extra cleaning fee is charged when the apartment is not left in neat conditions:

In case you confirmed to hand back the apartment in neat conditions within the booking process, but during the check-out our colleagues find it differently, the extra cleaning fee will be charged afterwards.

In case you did NOT confirm to hand the apartment back in neat conditions previously then the extra clening fee will be automatically charged to the booking price.
Neat conditions: unclean kitchen tools placed in the dishwasher, garbage taken out to the waste sorting cans.

Additional cleaning – upon request
Bedlinen/towel changing during stay: €16/person/set
Additional cleaning: costs 70% of the final cleaning. For stays longer than 7 nights one additional cleaning can be requested for free!
Other fees – charged on the spot

Need to be paid in cash during the check-in and returned at the check out if the apartment is found complete and unharmed, otherwise we reserve the right to hold back its 50%

Payment deadlines
In case there are more than 239 days between the date of reservation and the arrival, reservation fee needs to be paid in in three instalments:

DOWN PAYMENT 1st instalment: 10% of the reservation fee at the same time as the reservation
-
DOWN PAYMENT 2nd instalment: 30% of the reservation fee 90 days before the date of arrival
-
Remaining amount needs to be paid not later than 30 days before the date of arrival
In case there are less than 239 but more than 39 days between the date of reservation and the arrival reservation fee needs to be paid in in two instalments:

DOWN PAYMENT: 40% of the reservation fee at the same time as the reservation
-
DOWN PAYMENT 2nd instalment: 30% of the reservation fee 90 days before the date of arrival
-
Remaining amount needs to be paid not later than 30 days before the date of arrival
In case there are less than 40 days between the date of reservation and the arrival, reservation fee needs to be paid in one single sum:

100% of the reservation fee at the same time as the reservation
Cancellation policy
In summer 2025, you can cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before arrival free of charge.

3 or more months before arrival: no cancellation costs

Between 3 and 1 months before arrival: 40% of the total price
-
Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
-
During the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the total price
-
On arrival day or no-show: 100% of the total price
Flexible summer cancellation conditions do not apply to apartments booked for Formula 1 and MotoGP racing weekends.
Early check-in, late check-out
Our apartments can generally be occupied from
4 pm
on the day of arrival and must be vacated by
10 am
on departure day.
For guests who would already like to ski on the first day, but do not want to get changed in the ski storage room or conveniently take a shower and get ready after skiing on the last day we recommend our early check-in and late check-out possibilities. Avoid any inconvenience and ask an early check-in or late check-out for a surcharge!

Can only be asked for and guaranteed, if on there is no previous or subsequent booking on the day of arrival/departure

Early check can be requested on the afternoon a day prior to arrival, late check-out is requestable on the afternoon of the day prior to departure

Earliest arrival is 8 am, latest departure is 6 pm in case of confirmed early check-in/late check-out

Those guests who did not request an early check-in, but happen to arrive before 4 pm as shown on the voucher, have the possibility to occupy the apartment against the surcharges shown above, if the apartment is read by the time of arrival!
