This place needs an honest, objective review, so here's one: Starting off with their promise - This is supposedly a 4+ star hotel with restaurant. They supposedly rent "apartments" which clearly they are nothing but hotel rooms with a kitchen next to the bed. No separation at all. Ok, the apartment promise is horseradish, but it's still a "4+ star hotel" right? Nope. The hotel does NOT have cleaning service, so you have to do that yourself. Pool? Nope. Room service? Nope. Lobby? Nope. Conference room? Nope. Room phone to communicate with reception? Nope. Breakfast included? Nope. You have to pay a whopping €19 for that. Don't imagine it's a very generous breakfast, it's limited (salami, cheese, and some vegetables and eggs on request). Another issue is unnanounced closing down of the restaurant on occasion. Ok, this might be a minor inconvenience, however taking in consideration that the resort is small, and most places close down early, you might be left out and starve for the rest of the night if you are not fast to get some take out food from another place. I also have to mention this is a Hungarian hotel in Austria, staff is Hungarian, the customers are Hungarian, they even put up a flag in the parking lot representing themselves. This wasn't really an issue, however it took a while to figure out how to change the language of the TV from Magyar to English 😂. So just a heads up in this regard. Let's get to the restaurant: Food is alright, very limited in ingredients so expect to eat different dishes with the same ingredients, but the main issue is the EXPENSIVENESS without REASON. You eat at a quarter of the price ANYWHERE ELSE in the resort, which is crazy. If you eat on the slope (which does not have a road for easy supply) You eat a 2 course meal on the slope for 20-27 euro. A clear beef soup is close to that in price at Sissi Bistro. Also, they supposedly have a daytime menu - for daytime eating - but they don't keep open during daytime. It's almost laughable. Let's get to the positives: -Big smart TV -Bathroom is nice -The room is nice (but scammy, see first paragraph) -fully equipped kitchen (useless as well, why the hell would you cook for yourself if you spend money on a 4+ star hotel? -Staff is nice (It's 3 people) -Wi-fi is good -Position is on the slope and has a road and accomodating parking lot -Fussball Table in the technical room😂 -Hazelnut Schnapps on arrival -Good coffee In conclusion, they sell the impression you stay at a hotel by looking on their website, but this is nothing more than an AirBnb with breakfast and dinner option which rips you off your money.

This place deserves an honest, objective review, so here’s one: Starting with their promise—this is supposedly a 4+ star hotel with a restaurant. They claim to rent “apartments,” but in reality, these are just hotel rooms with a kitchen next to the bed, offering no real separation. So, the "apartment" promise is misleading, but at least it's still a "4+ star hotel," right? Wrong. The hotel lacks basic services expected at this level. There is no cleaning service—you have to do it yourself. No pool, no room service, no lobby, no conference room, and no room phone to contact reception. Breakfast isn’t included either, and you’ll need to pay a steep €19 for it. Don’t expect anything lavish; breakfast consists of salami, cheese, a few vegetables, and eggs available on request. Another issue is the restaurant's unannounced closures. While this might seem minor, it becomes a real inconvenience in such a small resort, where most other places close early. If you're not quick to grab takeout elsewhere, you might find yourself without food for the night. It’s worth mentioning that this is a Hungarian hotel in Austria, with Hungarian staff, Hungarian customers, and even a Hungarian flag in the parking lot. While this isn’t necessarily a problem, it took some effort to figure out how to change the TV language from Hungarian to English. Just something to be aware of. As for the restaurant: the food is acceptable but very limited in ingredients, meaning you’ll find the same components used across different dishes. The bigger issue is the exorbitant prices. You can eat for a quarter of the price almost anywhere else in the resort. On the ski slope—where supplies are harder to come by—a two-course meal costs €20–27. In contrast, a clear beef soup at Sissi Bistro is nearly the same price. They also supposedly have a daytime menu, but the restaurant isn’t open during the day, which is almost comical. Now for the positives: Big smart TV Nice bathroom Decent room (despite the misleading "apartment" description) Fully equipped kitchen (though it's baffling to cook for yourself at a "4+ star hotel") Friendly staff (a small team of three people) Good Wi-Fi Convenient location right on the slope with easy road access and ample parking Foosball table in the technical room Hazelnut schnapps upon arrival Good coffee In conclusion, while the website gives the impression of a high-end hotel, this is essentially an Airbnb with breakfast and dinner options—one that overcharges significantly for what it provides.

Had a pleasant stay here during a work trip. Apartment was clean, comfortable and in good condition. Staff were attentive and helpful. They even provided us a huge box of sandwiches, fruit and yoghurt to take with us we missed the breakfast due to an early start.

Overpriced at least. For 2000€ we got unpleasant staff and pleasure of half a dozen cold showers (there was no hot water at all time). On arrival day parking place was not cleaned. We were forced to park the only way we could. Only to get warned the next day that we are improperly parked. Also it took them forever to prepare food for no apparent reason since there was nobody else in the restaurant.

Only went to the restaurant: We were the only guests, still it took them 40minutes to serve the Germknödel, which was already cooked. Very annoying service, very slow and always ignoring us like they want us to leave?! However the food was also disgusting. I would not recommend anyone going there for a small lunch.
